acquisitions and new development
projects, combined with continuous,
diligent leasing, and management of
existing properties, have resulted in a
100% portfolio occupancy since our
companies inception.
Net Commercial Properties will
not undertake a new development project
until we have pre-leasing commitments
from strong retail merchants and
favorable projected returns. We evaluate
the effectiveness of our properties on
an ongoing basis, and invest capital
accordingly in order to ensure
attractive properties, traffic flow for
our merchants, and appropriate long-term
returns.
